Commercial removal for Southlake's offices, shops and suites
Southlake's commercial life is professional, medical, retail and dining — not big corporate campuses. We work with tenants, owners and property managers on moves, turnovers and renovations.
Where we work
- Southlake Town Square — retail, dining, offices and medical
- Southlake Boulevard (FM 1709) — shopping centers, restaurants and professional offices
- SH 114 corridor — office and medical buildings within Southlake
What we handle
- Retail and storefront cleanouts
- Office furniture and full office cleanouts
- Commercial property turnovers for managers
- Restaurant dining furniture and non-regulated contents
- Commercial renovation debris
How commercial jobs run
Larger spaces start with a walkthrough. We confirm loading access, building hours, elevator reservations and what stays with the space, then provide a written quote for approval.
Before requesting approval
Identify landlord-owned fixtures, leased equipment and records that need separate handling. Share the suite number, furniture quantities and the person authorized to approve removal. Ask management about loading reservations before selecting a work window; the correct entrance may be different from the customer entrance.
Commercial junk removal
General commercial and property-manager work.
Office cleanouts
Desks, chairs, conference tables, shelving.
Retail & storefronts
Displays, fixtures, backroom contents.
Town Square
Mixed-use center with tight loading rules.
SH 114 & Southlake Blvd

Renovation debris
Between tenants and during build-outs.
