How a shed teardown usually goes
We clear the contents first, then remove doors, windows and roofing, then take down walls and the floor frame. Material is broken down into carry-able sections and moved to the truck along a protected path.
Foundations and slabs
Concrete slabs, footings and piers are not included in standard shed removal. If you want those gone, tell us at estimating — removing concrete is a separate scope we may or may not be able to quote depending on size and access.
Larger properties
On larger lots, sheds and storage buildings are sometimes set well back from the driveway. Long carries add labor time, so photos showing the path from the shed to where a truck can park help us price accurately.
Define what should remain afterward
Photograph the shed interior, floor edge and any visible utility connections without entering an unstable structure. State whether you want the contents, structure or both removed, and identify nearby fencing or landscaping that should stay. Include the gate and carry route. A bare slab, cleared wood platform and restored lawn are different outcomes; confirm which work is included in the quote.

Do I need a permit to remove a shed in Southlake?

Can you take the contents too?
Yes. Contents are usually priced together with the structure.
Are sheds, pergolas and hot tubs priced by truckload?
No. Structure removal is quoted as a project. Size, material, anchoring, demolition time, utilities, access and disposal determine the estimate. Concrete foundations are not automatically included.
Can I get an estimate from photos?
Yes. Text a wide photo of each space, close-ups of heavy or unusual items, and the path to the truck. Include your location and preferred timing. Larger estates and structural removals may need a walkthrough. The final price is confirmed before removal.
