Remodel & construction cleanup
Renovation debris removal for Southlake remodels
Remodels generate more waste than people expect, and it's heavier than household junk. Whether you're a homeowner mid-project or a contractor who needs the driveway cleared before the next trade arrives, we haul debris in scheduled pickups or one final load.
How is renovation debris removal quoted?
Material, weight, volume and access determine the project quote—not just how much space the pile fills. Photograph dense tile or concrete separately from wood and packaging. Haul-off covers already-removed debris, not disconnecting fixtures or stripping flooring; regulated waste is excluded.
How a structure removal runs
1Photos or visit
Size, anchoring and the path to the truck.
2Evaluate

3Protect
Lawn, patio and fence lines covered where needed.
4Dismantle

Materials we commonly haul
- Drywall and plaster pieces
- Wood, trim, baseboards and framing scraps
- Carpet, pad, vinyl and laminate flooring
- Cabinets and countertops that have already been removed
- Old fixtures already disconnected — vanities, toilets, light fixtures
- Appliance and material packaging, cardboard and pallets
Weight changes the price
Renovation debris is dense. A truck half-full of tile or plaster can weigh more than a full load of furniture. That's why remodel debris is priced on weight and material as well as volume. Tile, stone, concrete and brick are quoted specifically.
For homeowners and contractors
Homeowners often call between phases, when a garage or side yard has filled up. Contractors call when a dumpster isn't practical — a shared driveway, an HOA restriction, or a short job where a container would sit half-empty. We can schedule recurring pickups across a project.
What we don't do
We haul debris that's already been removed. We don't uninstall cabinets, pull flooring or disconnect plumbing or electrical. If light demolition is part of your project, ask — it's quoted separately and only where it's within our scope.
Photograph materials separately
Show dense rubble separately from wood, cabinets and packaging so the estimate does not treat every pile as the same material. Note anything still attached, connected or awaiting contractor removal. Keep sharp debris away from walkways without handling it unnecessarily. If another demolition phase is coming, distinguish the current pickup from future debris rather than estimating everything as one finished pile.
Scope notes
- Asbestos-containing materials, lead-paint debris and other regulated waste are not accepted.
- Concrete, tile, brick and stone are quoted by weight.
Questions about renovation debris removal
Is this cheaper than a dumpster?
Compare a project quote with the dumpster rental, disposal charges and loading labor. There is no guaranteed cheaper option; full-service removal includes carrying and loading, while a dumpster usually requires you or a contractor to load.
Can you come back weekly during a remodel?
Yes. Recurring pickups can be scheduled around your contractor's phases.
Are sheds, pergolas and hot tubs priced by truckload?
No. Structure removal is quoted as a project. Size, material, anchoring, demolition time, utilities, access and disposal determine the estimate. Concrete foundations are not automatically included.
Can I get an estimate from photos?
Yes. Text a wide photo of each space, close-ups of heavy or unusual items, and the path to the truck. Include your location and preferred timing. Larger estates and structural removals may need a walkthrough. The final price is confirmed before removal.
