Estimates
Prices shown on this site are starting points. Photo estimates are based on what's visible; the final price is confirmed on site before work begins. If the job differs materially from what was described, we'll re-confirm before continuing.
Excluded materials
Hazardous, regulated or specialty materials — including chemicals, fuels, asbestos, medical waste and similar items — are not accepted unless specifically agreed in writing.
Demolition scope
Structure removals are performed to the scope agreed in your quote. Utility disconnection, concrete removal and repairs to remaining surfaces are excluded unless stated. We evaluate attachment points before confirming scope but cannot guarantee no cosmetic impact to surfaces where structures were anchored.
Authorization
The person booking confirms they are authorized to have the listed items removed from the property.
