Garage & attic cleanout guide
Heat, ladders, chemicals and sorting — the two spaces people put off longest.

Do the attic early in the day
North Texas attics get dangerously hot for much of the year. Morning appointments are safer for everyone.
Sort sentimental boxes first
We can bring attic boxes down to the garage so you can review them on the ground, then haul what you release.
Separate the chemicals
Paint, pesticides, pool chemicals, fuel and oil aren't standard junk. Set them aside. The City of Southlake publishes household hazardous waste options for residents — check the City's current guidance.
Decide on shelving
Freestanding shelving can go or stay. Wall-mounted systems stay unless you've removed them.
Show the access safely
Photograph the attic hatch and landing from below. Do not climb into unprotected areas just to estimate contents. In the garage, identify the shelves that stay and show any heavy equipment separately.
Quick planning answers
Can I get an estimate from photos?
Yes. Text a wide photo of each space, close-ups of heavy or unusual items, and the path to the truck. Include your location and preferred timing. Larger estates and structural removals may need a walkthrough. The final price is confirmed before removal.
Is same-day junk removal available?
Same-day service is available when the schedule permits. Call or text your location and project details to check. A specific appointment is not booked until scheduling is confirmed.
